Got off work and drove to U-Haul in Lawrence. I did most of the check in online so I was really surprised that I was there for 35 minutes before I was sitting in the truck. But the mileage was off by 550 miles. Had to go inside for them to fix it…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Went to Menard’s to pick up the drywall and some 2X4s. Headed to the workshop shop and unloaded the drywall by myself. Was pretty tired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Returned the truck to U-Haul and they charged me for the 550 miles plus mine so the bill was like 10 times what I expected. In the end they screwed things up so bad that the truck ended up only costing me $15 plus the $8 in gas because they had the fuel reading off as well as the mileage.
